      That's what I love about the Charlie Rose Show. The way he interviews his guests, he has a style about him where he is able to peel and unveil layers of his guests with great finesse. You learn so much more what is underneath it all. The conversational platform with the blank plate background is a great form. It's a wonderful setting that expresses and allows an unintimidating format where people can be themselves and feel comfortable talking without intimidation.

      It's funny how you always that no matter how well you think you know a public figure, when you see them on charlie rose you see so many more layers than you thought existed.

      Always liked Steve Kroft when he's on 60 minutes, but now I'll look for him.
