That may very well be effective for interviews such as this, but that doesn't work very well for Basketball commentary. Magic Johnson and Isaiah also were substandard basketball commentators. They both sucked as coaches too! Also, thanks for the condescending tone of your post. I had lots of patience reading it! Cheers.

I love Mr. Russell but his constant pauses always frustrated me since doing NBA commentating work.
