lance did in fact test positive for steroid use, then got a waiver on the test. he was a very good doper. that 4 of his team riders have fallen in recent doping scandals says quite a bit about his leadership. the new world order may want to promote him, politically, but i will always view him as a cheat and a doper. he admitted after getting cancer he was doping. why doesnt charlie rose have on greg lemond, the great dope free champion.

Hi Charlie:
There seems to be a problem loading your online video's these days? I have had the same problem for the last week. The screen is just going blue and staying blue.
Love your show
Andrew

What are you talking about Lance tested positive for steroids? When did this ever happen? This shows a blatant lack of understanding about cycling and endurance sports in general. A cyclist would never take steroids because they do not need to add muscle mass.
WHILE he was having cancer treatment he took EPO as do almost ALL people on chemotherapy. EPO is a necessary part of chemotherapy.

You know, he stays away from the Tour. Too bad, because he was so great. But he should rejoice that Astana will not participate in this Tour de France. I think that the team's doping philosohy (reflected in two consecutive doping cases). He is right that cycling is the most tested sport; it is why we love cycling. We love cycling because of the Festina affair, because Landis got stripped of his 2006 Tour, and because Astana is not participating in the Tour. The popular media portrays cycling as a doped sport, but a country that does not have mafia trials are not free of crime, rather the police authorities are corrupt.
