A remembrance of Herbert Muschamp. Muschamp was a writer for The New York Times. He rose to preeminence as the nation's foremost judge of the architecture world. He continued to write for the newspaper's other sections until his death from lung cancer on October 3, 2007 in Manhattan, New York City.

Even when one disagreed with Herbert Muschamp was fascinating. His breadth of knowledge an brilliant analysis will be sorely missed.
The clips were a showcase of Charlie at his best, featuring an important cultural critic who people might otherwise no little about. Muschamps' presence, leapt off the screen.
