â??Securitization,â?? â??Run,â?? etcâ?¦. Although Mr. Norris and Ms. Burton are knowledgeable about the debt markets and the hedge fund industry, they are not experts. What are the risks in the market? As a responsible investigator, I hope that you are able to bring true experts on these subject to your program so that individual investors can more fully understand the scope of these issues. Reporters currently are the dominant voice describing and explaining the events unfolding in the capital markets. The vacuum of true expert opinions is producing greater volatility in the markets.

I am fatigued, yet again, by another reporter saying that no one understands the investment vehicles in use in the market today. Since lawyers and investment professionals created these instruments, it would be useful to have these experts on your show. Some of these professionals are located in New York and should be able to describe more fully the risks involved in these instruments.

Thank you, I enjoyed this segment very much.

I liked Floyd Norris. He tells it the way it is without the complex jargon . Anybody who is dumb enough to qualify for a zero-down loan is going to eventually pay the price for their stupidity. I guess that time is now.
