Well Charlie, you did it again. Extraordinary interview...the analogies to tennis courts and highwire artists. What I found compelling was the lcomponent of delivering dialogue. You stayed with this until Ben had unearthed HIS methods.
I think this is your greatest asset as an interviewer, to stay within a minute facet of your guests' talent....no bouncing around, but what comes across as a personal need to know your Guest.
We gave up television years ago and in that decision your program and two others were the hardest to relinquish. Happily, we are again in your company.
Cheers from a small country hamlet in southern Ontario.

Dear people,
While I am boundlessly grateful that Charlie Rose has conceived and you all have executed this marvelous daily show, then extended it into this evolving Web site, I am frustrated with the navigational design of the â??Weekly Video Archiveâ??. Please let me know if there is a way to return from a "More Infoâ?¦" screen to the screen from which the "More Infoâ?¦" was clicked.
For example, on October 26, 2007, I was looking up the show of June 21, 2007. The calendar controls took me in reasonable fashion to June 2007. I have no complaint that clicking on â??21â?? takes me to the WEEK OF June 21. It is easy enough to scroll down to display the link to the Ben Kingsley segment. However, if I go first to the â??More Infoâ?¦â?? for the Andy Stern segment, then what is my shortest path to â??More Infoâ?¦â?? on the Ben Kingsley segment? It appears that I must return to October 2007 and repeat the entire 6-click-plus-scroll navigation to June 21. What am I missing? Is it technically infeasible, with a single click, to go â??backâ?? to my last position on the WEEK OF June 21, then merely click on Ben Kingsley and â??More Infoâ?¦â???
Thank you for your enhancement, your instruction and/or your comment.
Sincerely,
Nathan Portnoi
