- Description
Jeffrey Toobin of "the New Yorker" magazine discusses the guilty verdict in the perjury trial of Lewis Libby, Vice-President Cheney's former chief-of-staff. Toobin argues that, although Libby was convicted, the outcome was not as bad as it could have been had Libby attempted to take the stand in his own defense, thus opening himself up to self-incrimination.
