MS Albrght falls victim to her own criticism of Americans as being ignorant of other peoples cultures, religions etc. She basiocally espouses Democaracy without regard for the fact that many nations or peoples simply have no tradition of Democratic principles, so that they would be poor canidates for a successfull democracy taking hold. Their view of democracy might be as she said connected to military force, which is certainily skewed from what the West views as the ideal.
