Although the examples are dated, the content of "Who Runs Congress" 1972 by Mark J. Green, James M. Fallows, and David R. Zwick (written under Ralph Nader's Congress Project) might best be revisited and one could hope, be far better accepted by the general public today. Is Chapter 9 (A Primer on Citizen Action) still enough to resolve the problems facing the U.S. today?
