Yogi Iyengar's understanding and message on the benefits of yoga are nonpareil. Unless one has the aptitude of relishing the deeper meaning of a happy life - physically, intellectually, socially, etc.- one will have hard time to follow what he is saying. Every physical motion has connection with the conscience and unconsciencs)mind and therefore every physical motion can cause different emotions in the mind. By choosing yoga aasans one can make those connections.
