A conversation with CNN's Chief International Correspondent Christiane Amanpour on Saddam Hussein's appearance in court, in which he was charged with the murder of 143 Shiite Iraqis in 1982 after a failed assassination attempt. Amanpour discusses the rationale for choosing these particular charges and this particular incident in the effort to convict of Hussein of crimes against humanity.
