Description

A conversation with two members of the conservative movement, Roger Pilon, Vice-President for Legal Affairs at the Cato Institute, and Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel for the American Center of Law and Justice, about Harriet Miers' to remove herself from consideration for the Supreme Court. Both men discuss the strong opposition of the conservation to Miers' nomination and how the nomination might hurt the President's standing with his political base.
