Lawrence O'Donnell's claim that other people have zero responsibility in the event of a suicide is genuinely stupid. By definition it's something that one does to oneself but external factors can very well push a poor soul over the edge. Do your job, journalists, by exposing things but don't deny there's a potential, unanticipated downside.
