Description

A discussion about the book "Pack of Thieves", which details the many governments and people across Europe that took advantage of the plight of the Jews during World War II. Joining Charlie are the book's author, Richard Chesnoff, senior correspondent at "U.S. News & World Report", and Edgar Bronfman, president of The World Jewish Congress and chairman of the Seagram Company, who is helping to lead the ongoing effort to have restitution paid.

      Given that murder is one of the only crimes in which a statute of limitations of time does not apply, I am curious as to what legal precedents the lawyers for these disposessed groups are making their cases on.
