      McNeely is a hack. Those of us in the White House Press Corps who knew him before the 92 campaign, could believe the Clinton had hired him.

      Once on the campaign he began to believe he was the person in charge of telling us photographers when and where we could photograph Clinton.

      In office things became worse -- we hated him. He would get in the way on purpose to ruin our shots.

      He was kicked off of Mondale's campaign for getting stoned in public.

      He's an ass.
