      Tommy Smyth is an arrogant Irish who pretends to know about soccer but what he manages is just to be biased against Italian teams all the time.

      You never hear a technical comment from him as he can't read the game.

      Now he comments Euro2008 and mentions all the time England,a team that doesn't qualify.
