Mr. Riccitiello,
I have been a customer of pogo for many years i know that may not matter to you but in my life i was taught that customers came first after all we are the ones that made you very rich along with everyone in Electronic Arts games. It seems that i have had my account suspended for no good reason. And no one at E.A. or POGO can tell me why. SO I thought maybe you could help me out and let me understand exactly what i did wrong and when and how i did it? Your customer service center truly needs help. There are no real people to talk to and your automated system is useless to the average person like me that has done nothing wrong and is being convicted of it. I have continuely emailed your company and no one responds except to say you did it deal with it. Yet cannot give me a reason? I am sorry to bother you with this stupid nonsense but your the CEO of your company and i feel maybe you should be aware of how it operates on a day to day basis. You should have a live person to speak to, Maybe check the facts before you start booting paying customers off the game sites. Again i know i mean nothing to your or your company, All i can say is that this happens to enough people that your company may not matter so much in the future because people wont like the business practices of pogo or any E.A. game and will decide not to pay for them anymore. I have decided to find out why this has happened and how to change the policies so it doesnt happen to innocent people. I am but one person but i will do all i can to see that this stops. It is wrong to boot off paying customers for something they did not do and werent even aware of. I hope you can change a few things with your company and maybe get a better customer support center to help out people like me so i dont have to bother you with this piddily nonsense, I know your a busy man and i would appreciate your attention to this matter.
Thank You
Sincerely;
Denise Parker
