Much as I appreciate Charlie and his interviews, I think he's like possibly the last person to be talking with Bjork. You can tell she's too tense trying to explain herself, and its like she did this out of obligation rather than desire. He's simply too uptight for her, there's a whole lot more of her waiting to come out but can't because of his presence. Which explains why it's been 10 years already and no follow-up interview came.

In my opinion this is the finest interview I've seen Charlie do. His timing, empathy and language create a space for us to see inside an amazing artist. So often we see his capacity to comprehend ideas, here he holds a heart. It's just a pure, open dialogue. What a gift~

I'm fully with the other commenters: it's time for a new interview. Her voice has troubled her, she is highly motivated to save "nattura" (nattura.org), I'm wondering what she's up to. I suppose with hope that she has enjoyed the interview as much as I did, and mr. Rose apparently as well.
Björk speaks great truths about our life, just from her own modest personal experience. I will gratefully listen to what she will be saying this time.

This is a incredible interview. Bjork has such a deep insight into the small emotions and sounds rushing around creating a life.
It really reminded about what is important in living and being creative.

I believe that interviews with musicians and actors and artists ARE serious; as serious as anything concerning politics or business or law. But yeah: let's have more of it!
This interview with Bjork is so wonderful. Can you please bring her back Charlie, for another interview?
And nice work, by the way, in giving her time to think and to speak, Charlie. If you'd rushed her speech, or interrupted her silences, the whole thing would have just shut down. Thanks!

Come on Charlie, enough of the serious stuff, get Bjork back on.

Thank you Charlie! Bjork is a wonderful breath of fresh air in these jaded times we live in.
You unlock her charm and creative thought process for those of us who have followed her career and remarkable music for many years.
