Enlightening, inspirational, and great insight into great business acumen for business leaders. The book is exceptional and this interview is one of Charlie's best! Jim Collins and his team seem determined to find what makes great management science and this is the intriguing factor.

One of the best interviews Charlie ever conducted (together with the second Jim Collins interview). The breadth of subject matter covered is breathtaking. The depth is profound. I have listened to these two interviews maybe ten times. I am not a business person – I am interested in excellence. I am interested in the mystery of success (not just monetary).
