I found this interview to be incredibly insightful when first aired in 2003, and I return to it from time to time to align my thinking. Immelt's approach to determining if GE is purchasing a bargain in Vivendi Universal or is overpaying for the opportunity is so powerful. I've implemented that reasoning with my real estate clients time and again.

Charlie Rose's interview style allows his guests to share deeply and insightfully, and to allow their knowledge and wisdom to flow.
