The world is moving towards huge changes that were obviously going to happen sooner or later. It’s a Brave-new-world and we need leaders to adjust to it. China is. The Western Bloc nations are not. Does the USA gov have a plan for the following:

      1. Competition forced USA companies to seek cheap labor and they found it in China, Mexico, etc. They will not stop doing this.

      2. Automation has replace millions of workers. They will not stop doing this either.

You cannot stop either, right? No you cannot. It is virtually impossible to stop. Wait a second…it is impossible. WE knew this was coming eventually and especially with automation but we don’t even ‘see’ it and it will get even more extreme. IT WILL NOT STOP. Lights out manufacturing…a step at a time and we passed a big threshold.

We are moving from labor ‘intense’ to ‘limit’ labor required. It is simply a transition that must be addressed and managed.

We know unemployment is bad but from the 2 points above, the world can expect even more unemployment. It will eventually reach UBO-Unemployment Boil-Over unless we do something about it.

However, if we embrace the 2 points above instead of fighting it we improve the world significantly. We need to learn how to function peacefully as societies with 20-30% unemployment for awhile. Address that problem!!!

Solution: Obviously, as corp take advantage of the 2 points we will find corporations making a ton more profit…and they currently are. They are doing it with significantly reduced and/or cheaper staff…people is simply not needed for manufacturing. This will result in poor class vs. rich class. Neither will win that battle especially because of UBO. What needs to be done is the vast profits gained by corporation must be funneled back into society who can then solve the real problems of the world…alternative energy, environmental, mass transportation, infrastructure, etc.

The manpower is available. Big Corp has the financial resources because of productivity. Let’s get doing it. (Vs. Just Do It). How do we do it? Congress cannot help because of Republican politics. In fact they are the problem. The leadership must come from ‘vote 100% dem’ and let them try to lead us to the Promised Land.
