The interview was great, Dave is my hero. At the very end, Dave was building up to answer Charlie about why he really left the show. Such a shame they couldn't go on longer.

"Who are your influences? Richard Pryor, that's who! Tell me about Richard Pryor." Please Charlie give the guy a minute to answer.

I think that Charlie did a good job at providing questions that generated in depth responses from Dave Chapelle. The interview itself has forced me to ask a few questions. I noticed that Dave Chapelle is one of very few African American celebrities to be interviewed by Charlie Rose. Why is that ? I also noticed that he was only given 19 minutes and 20 seconds, while Steve Martin and other Caucasian celebrities are given thirty minutes to one hour. Who determines the length of the interviews as well as the guests that appear on the show? In the future, I sincerely hope that Charlie Rose makes a better effort to incorperate more African American guests and panelists on his show, like myself Adeola Adediran.
