Bob Nardelli remains a greedy, arrogant buffoon who ran Home Depot into the ground and creatively acquired more than $200 million for his arrogance and incompetence.

Why does Mr. Bob Nardelli condone the Home Depot-Sierra Club EcoOptions program that endorses standards of environmental excellence for consumer products that have been established in violation of EPA's guidance for independent, third party standard-setting organizations? This is probably legal, but it is ethically questionable because it undermines meaningful communication about which products are truly "green" (see http://www.epa.gov/epp/pubs/guidance/finalguidanceappx.htm.)

      Thank you.
