Eventhough I don't consider Troy to be one of his greatest films, Brad Pitt is a hell of an actor who has done a wide range of films and show his versatility with great taste and tremendous acting ability. Fight Cllub, Snatch, 12 Monkeys, Tree of Life, Seven. I can't name any other actor with such great films under his belt.

(footnote: I was exaggerating a little about americans not doing much, to make a point. but often a lot of work is ineffective or just a token of effort that isn't well thought out from the recipient's point of view. Brad's effort here is commendable and really thought out, not mediocre as the first poster was saying.

brad may not articulate well with good vocabulary, but at least he is putting action into what he is talking about, which most of america does not do. those actions are more intelligent than many of us could do, and it is very obvious by the lack of response by the rest of the community solving some of the problems with New Orleans infrastructure.

Charlie Rose, thank you for interesting discussions.

Due to the lateness of hour that your show is shown and a lack of time on my own part, I would have really appreciated a link or url for the Make It Right foundation to make a donation. I found one but due to the abundance of con men and their websites online am a little uncertain.

I wish you were on a little earlier, Mr. Rose.

I am in NYC @ 62nd and 5rh all the time. I am listening as we speak, to Brad Pitt.... NOT EVEN @ your intellegent level. Very disappointing. I miss listening to you on an earlier time. PLEASE, Charlie, do not go to the 'common denominator' of mediocracy. YOU are too smart. Brad Pitt is producing garble. Bring the standard UP to where America once took a stand. Draw from the intellegence that made a difference in society at large.
