      Wow!! ..There it is!!

FroggieWithStickyLeisures spends his first fistful-of-dollars striking up the band to laugh at Marco Rubio's request to include a bit of known historically-honest truths into the management scheme of America's future, ..

..but he is then found a mere 4 minutes later crying in pain under the hungry-stomach falsity of Barack Obama's "New Enlightenment".

It is simply true! .."The more things change, the more they stay the same!"

A couple making only minimum wage?

Free birth control then--NOT raising the minimum wage.

A couple with two kids and each only making the minimum wage then free birth control for both of them.

Is the minimum wage a training wage or a living wage?

IT IS NOT A PARENTING WAGE!!!!

And here are some of the funniest Tweets about the new Watergate:

"Marco Rubio experiencing some climate change during his speech." -@lizzwinstead

"Now if Rubio could talk while the Koch brothers drank a glass of water, *that* would be big news." -@DailyKos

      "Zero Dark Thirsty #RubioFilms" -@UnitedLiberal

      "#RubioFilms A river runs through it" -@adept2U

"Like Water For Elephants. #RubioFilms" -@RL_Miller

      "Waterworld #RubioFilms (Also a disaster.)" -@UrquhartMP

Marco Rubio joined in by tweeting a photo of his water bottle--Poland Spring by the way.

The State of our Union is doubtfully strong, but you'd never know one way or the other from this information. The Constitution directs the President: "He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient;..." He spent about two minutes on the former, and most of an hour on the rest.

And God helps those who help themselves, not ppl who take HIS name in vain, or sound like a robocall or some form of psychological torture. Not certainly those who lie with statistics, which is what the halfway to $4 trillion, 12 hottest years, and 1,000 lives figures are, nor those who admonish us to do as they say, but not do as they do.

HE must at least frown on those whose misguided polices drive patients out of healthcare and doctors out of business, and blame it on someone else.

Who've hawked shoddy goods and run the bait-and-switch like some shiftless salesmen.

Whose idea of growth is to evade ex post facto laws by depreciating the currency, and ignore this nation's founding promises generally.

Whose economic policies have created one financial crisis after another, and raised the price of oil and gas, homes and food. And ratcheted up inflation by indexing it to wages and government benefits.

Who've put people back to work at foreign wage levels and in make-work jobs, and forced housewives into the labor force.

Who've failed to understand that preschool has never proved cost-effective, and the only reason credentials are is because they are self-selecting. Or that Europeans generally spend two more years in school,

Who've killed innocent children around the world by remote control, and tried to rob other nations of their talented ppl.

Advocated efforts to read the mail of ordinary citizens in the name of protecting water treatment plants, banks, and gas and electric power transmission.

And who've generally acted like scolds, polluted the environment with their hot air, and taken credit for what HE does.

This president doesn't look like FDR or Lyndon Johnson, Ronald Reagan or George Bush, but he's just as obnoxious. maybe more so.

Walter Isaacson, Doris Goodwin and John Heilemann are just as bad. It doesn't matter whether a president wins votes, if the results don't work. And tho the speech followed a logical progression for once, if exhibiting little in substance, it received a lukewarm response. Marco Rubio's reply was much better, a sip of water notwithstanding, and IMHO, if he sticks to these guns, he's on track to become an important factor in the election four yrs from now. No one incidentally thinks Christie or Jindal, Rove or Cheney has any real influence in the party anymore, nor should the defeat of a couple of "Tea Party" candidates be taken as an indication. Seven of the 11 candidates Ron Paul endorsed were elected.

Listening to President Obama's 2013 State of the Union one was overwhelmed with a warm fuzzy feeling and an irresistible desire to start singing Kum By Ya as everything will be just swell if only we enact his vision for America.

The "REAL Obama" Mr Rose, come on! If you havn't figured it out by now you never will. One has articulated the "real" Obama so often on these pages that certain terms like "REAL TIME" have crept into the mainstream lexicon. As in, "Obama does not do well in REAL TIME."

Let one reiterate it one more time. President Obama in January of 2012 (with the departure of William Daley as WH Chief of Staff and the advice of his wife) decided to run on the principles that he "REALLY" believes in. In other words for the first time he put himself on the line and when he won the election, he felt vindicated and relieved that the American people supported him. This is the new found confidence/arrogance that he has been exhibiting since the election. Yet President Obama is still a one trick pony in that all he knows how to do is campaign and NOT GOVERN. Speaker Boenher seems to have figured out that President Obama still can not confront the mavens of his Party for fear of being ostracized by them as the Party represents the only real home (acceptance) that he has ever known.
