I really loved the interview about the human brain. I totally agree about the brains plasticity. im the creator of the brain muscle workout (www.thebrainmuscleworkout.com) and i have totally seen the changes with clients. i really think that the Neuroscience and Fitness community should join forces and design powerful exercise programs that involve actively the brain and the muscles.
