Dear Lampreywithselfinducedconcussion, ..please quit "learniong about the world" from watching Seinfeld.

Yes, Charlie is a hypocrit, ..but YOU could do better than that.

Give up your so selfish socialism, ..and join the responsible world, eh???

      Why not?????

      CHARLIE, CHARLIE, CHARLIE,

How will you ever get "Person of the Year" when you have your interns clean your Green Room and do not pay them?

      A $250K settlement my friend?

      http://mediadecoder.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/12/20/charlie-rose-show-agrees-to-pay-up-to-250000-to-sett le-interns-lawsuit/

Still $110 a week is more like a big allowance especially when you own five houses.

"Rose owns a 575-acre (2.33 km2) farm in Oxford, North Carolina, an apartment overlooking Central Park in New York City, a beach house in Bellport, New York, an apartment in Washington D.C.[3] and an apartment in Paris, France."

Charlie, you should have just watched "Seinfeld" 15 years ago.

Kramer gets an intern from New York University, Darin, to help him out with "Kramerica Industries", the corporation he had previously set up to develop some of his ideas. With this help, he'll be freed from those day to day activities and be able to develop his ideas (such as the oil tanker bladder).

The university takes Kramer's intern away from him, pointing out that Kramerica Industries consists of only "a solitary man with a messy apartment which may or may not contain a chicken". Kramer replies, "and with Darin's help, we'll get that chicken."

The intern comes back on his own because he believes in Kramerica but takes the fall when the oil bladder fails.

Charlie, perhaps all those interns will send back their checks if they really believe in Roseamerica or perhaps they will all keep the checks because their labor was stolen and they learned very little?

One hopes for the former but fears the later.

Barack Obama is impoverishing children at the rate of 4.131 million per year.

      Those children are NOT "lucky".

i think it would be cool to adopt a kid

      :)

imagine how lucky that kid would be

A long time angry-at-America, and then soon-to-die, Ted Kennedy walked out a new face upon the national political stage: A cowardly-closeted Socialist named Barack Obama.

Ted laughed -- spitting-out his vodka -- as Barack Obama then looked into the TV cameras of America's working class and boasted "I have come here to TAKE YOUR MONEY!!"

(..Just like "America" took Ted's brothers, and his own 'turn' at the presidency.)

With this notice of the new protege's intentions, the financial world DISAPPEARED!! ..The Democrats Chuck Schumer and Hank Paulson actually came right here to CHARLIE'S TABLE, to suggest that they "Did not know where the money went"!!!

Barack, though, had many friends that he was determined to enrich, at public expense, ..and so the 'printing of money' began, and America's deficits SOARED!!! ..Those deficits flew higher than EVERY SINGLE DEFICIT CREATED BY EVERY SINGLE PRESIDENT IN THE ENTIRE 230 YEARS OF AMERICA!!!!!!

"Wow!!! ..This is so EASY being President!!!!", said Barack Obama.

..and with that, Ted Kennedy's corpse pissed all over the American flag that he was buried with!

Charlie, you say you saw James Watson, Nobel Laureate, at a Christmas Party and he wants the President to think big.

Yes, David Brooks has said the same thing repeatedly on the program and in print this year.

Thinking big works better when you have support of the Congress. Currently, it is like brainstorming in a room where everyone tells you you're stupid.

A Hawaii moment Richard? Perhaps you mean this:

"Obama had written this: “Thanks Tut [his grandmother], Gramps, Choom Gang, and Ray for all the good times.”

Maraniss notes: “Ray was the older guy who hung around the Choom Gang, selling them pot. A hippie drug dealer made his acknowledgements; his mother did not.”"

So then a Hawaii moment would be smoking dope?

Stengel is an eloquent man. Obama was the right choice, for Time man of the year. He was the right choice for the Nobel Peace Prize, if you listened to why they chose him. He is playing that all out now. He is the Architect. Charlie, you just keep interjecting you name dropping and words while people

are talking to let them know you know what they're talking

about when you don't. Stengel was so gracious while you kept

doing that. One of your producers have to point that out to

you. You are just an interviewer. I think you want to be accomplished like the guests you have on. Your not a David Frost. He really knows his subject. Watch David Frost interviews and learn from him. Just remember you are just the interviewer.

In 2007 Vladimir Putin was named Time Magazine's "Person of the Year"... actually that was a typo, it was supposed to be "Poisoner of the Year."

    10. SharkswithfrikingLazers  12/20/2012 01:29 PM Report

      Obama was the right choice.

So how many words were written or spoken about him this year?

How many dollars were spent on promoting him this year?

      "billions UPON billions".

Maybe their Egyptian edition will have Morsi on the cover.
