      So are they Hispanic or Asian Hispanic and Latino Americans?

      Many Hispanics identify as Caucasian when there are parents of different races and they live in an Anglo community. Others, when there is a greater benefit, identify as being Hispanic.

      CNN did a special on who is Black in America. Can an African American (Egyptian) be Black without the Black experience? What about African Americans who grow up alone in a white community without the black experience?

      The same will happen with Hispanics. So will the Republicans get smart and try to blur the lines or remain stupid and continue down the voter id path?

      In any case, both these communities need to focus on education and graduate, graduate, graduate.
