Yep, the lack of open-mindedness is why I stopped watching msnbc, it just makes you to angry to be reasonable. Of course fox news is equally infuriating. It's also why I watch this show.

Changes? A really enormous credit bubble, I'd say. Bloomberg and a lot of TV and Internet is also what happened, and content taking a back seat to personalities, which I'd hardly grace with the encomium "who we are." You can liken it to the collapse of the Hollywood studios.
