He told us he was in a head on car crash, soaked in petrol, waited 5 hours before being cut out, in a coma for five weeks and in hospital for months and months.
Then he told us the alternative can be so wretched you appreciate life so much more.
Bill Buckley told us he was ready to die so I guess it is where you are in life.
