Look at how nervous this New terrorist Bilawal Bhutto is.

    2. tomytomy  05/31/2012 09:45 PM Report

The whole Bhutto Family supported terrorist, took all the money from Pakistan. Zardari is worth $4 billion in a country that is 80% under poverty. The Pakistani youth should stand up & stop being lazy & stop watch porn.

Look at India, after 50 years we are a super power.

Look at Pakistan after 50 years---> 3-4 family are ruling Pakistan & stealing money.

Look at Bangladesh- In Top 30 emerging Countries.

Bilawal Bhutto interview shows how much he doesn't knows about his own country.

      Thanks,

      Christina

      After parking away prejudice...

This is an interview of junior leadership, a member of a "junior league" in Pakistani Politics. Contrary to popular media reports, Pakistanis have successfully demonstrated that the coming U.S. Administration is a junior partner in Af-Pak arrangement. NATO meeting in Chicago did not help much either, it lost support of Bhutto's Party.

An excerpt from a recent news, ["China will continue to firmly support Pakistan in protecting its sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and dignity,” Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi said at the Foreign Office after his meeting with his counterpart, Hina Rabbani Khar.]

What you saw was the face of a man who is a PRINCE in waiting to be KING. Is it Oxford and then Harvard or Harvard then Oxford? When the Prince stated that his Father and Karzai get along famously, it was too much to be believable especially after watching the daggers in the eyes fly between the two during their visit to Charlies place.

So disingenius throught out the interview there should be no suprise why US-Pakistan relationship is so negative. My favorite is at minute 9 when he distinguishes between "taliban forces" and "extremist forces". Glad to see this is the progressive new political movement there.

It is remarkable to see his shift in tone when discussing the assassination of his mother. Clearly if a foreign national were able to coordinate with his ISI to capture Musharraf or those he blames he would support such a move and condemn the imprisonment of such a hero.

But it is clear that the capture of Bin Laden, who killed not just one, but thousands was not so important to this man or his countrymen. In that case the letter of the law would supersede common sense of justice.

I would pity him for his terrible loss were he not so unsympathetic and litigious to the losses of others.

While his parents Zardari and Benazir intentions may have been good on paper they were corrupt regimes. There were numerous charges of corruption placed against Benazir and Zardari for events occurring during the time she was in office. They did however, promote rights for minorities such as christians which was great unlike the other leaders but in practice like much of the leaders of Pakistan they did not bring about much change in laws to promote empancipation.. Although, Bilawal is of a younger generation and may have more progressive views than his parents in action he has to work in a very dynfunctional poltical system that has backward practices. This will be a challenge as Politics in Pakistan does not change hands much as they all end up fighting for power and assinationg each other. Let's hope he is a new generational leader and is forward looking and uncorrupt.

I'm afraid I thought this special pleading, except the statistics, and the indication that his father and Karzai are birds of a feather, looking for more money, tho fewer Americans, to support administrations I'm not sure their publics have any more affection for than the previous several. In any case, I think they'll find the two inseparable

How safe are the nukes, indeed!

I would put Pakistan at a greater risk than loose nukes from the cold war.

Besides we have the IMF and "Ghost Protocol".

      Or perhaps we should . . .

Mumbai Attacks: 'Frontline' Looks at What U.S. Knew About Informant

      http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/2011/11/mumbai-attacks.html

"The militant group had long battled India over the disputed areas of Jammu and Kashmir. Some regional analysts say it has received help and protection from Pakistan's main spy agency, known as Inter-Services Intelligence, or ISI, which Pakistan denies."

Neither our country nor Pakistan looks very good in this.

      Charlie--glad you asked though.

He does not worry about India in Afghanistan?

This is very contrary to what we have heard at the table.

    12. rxkeenan  05/28/2012 09:12 PM Report

Having lived worked served and studied with Pakistani and Afghan nationals nearly all my life, I can attest to no otters on earth who are better versed nor equally able to lie to your face while doing their level best to stick the dagger into (y)our back while turning it with utmost relish.

His mother Benazir Bhutto perhaps notwithstanding to the contrary, just one more apologist sop for all that is wrong with the "other side" of humanity...the "dark side"... the irredeemably dark and terrifying terrorist discredited side that will persist until the second coming...or until we decide how to deal with them all, once and for all.

    13. SharkswithfrikingLazers  05/28/2012 04:04 PM Report

If the UN held an investigation into his mother’s death then why not have the UN look into the death of bin Laden?

That information could benefit the entire world.

Pakistan should invite the UN to investigate our assassination and their complicity.

    14. SharkswithfrikingLazers  05/28/2012 03:59 PM Report

He tells us, 'A woman running a Muslim country was too much.'

This, unfortunately, speaks volumes about Pakistan.

    15. SharkswithfrikingLazers  05/28/2012 03:54 PM Report

He inherited his Mother's great looks.

      He could be a model.

Which in our society would be a step up from politics.
