This Picasso is not the right one. I think it is due to the spirit. The soul needs another one. But I don't think the time is coming.

The smile of Wen Jiabao projects Poseidon's smile when Pelos asks Poseidon for 'help'. Poseidon has already known he will be cursed for crime. Atreus murders the children of his twin brother Thyestes and feed Thyestes.

topazgirl: It's fantastic. Actually I am painfully avoiding to be Narcissus.

As usual, your comments are odd, and are irrelevant to the topic being discussed... But I have to say that your very last entry was actually beautiful... Thank you!

I enjoyed the youthful expressiveness of her work compared to the more tortured & twisted take of Picasso.

She is so much fun at 90, what a lady!

One of the most rewarding hours I have ever invested in TV interviews!

What a magnificent exposition of close to the heart memoirs of life with a towering genius, Pablo Picasso. Thank you so much again, Charlie Rose!

When thinking of the reason for Mayan's fall and the influence of Chinese on the world chaos, when thinking of world history over 150 years ago that western world broke into China, got contagion from their history and mind disease, the way to take the whole world throughout maze is clear. The final decision for Chinese.

Mad men, Dionysus as grape harvest and dying God, how different it is between plants flowering after having fruits and plants having fruits after flowering, how serious of lost bees it is several years ago, searching for the eyes, retrospect, hope for the birth of Ares as God of Zeus and Hera and revolution which cannot be delayed.

Americans said 'we are strong'. But to where? The next China? How strong?

She tells us she is not a "yes" woman and this was reflected on her son: 'The son of the woman who always says "No".'

She tells us that she has a temper and will not be dismissed. 'No one leaves a man like me.' 'Wait and see.'

Yes, egos can be very difficult with strong personalities especially in the art community.

Then again where would art be without angst.

What vigor and zest for life she exudes! Amazing at 90+ years, madame Gilot is able to recollect in such fine detail the rich, personal and extraordinary anecdotes of her passionate life with Picasso. In my humble opinion, I think art g-i-v-e-s life and encounters with artists g-i-v-e-s substance to one's life. How lovely that gallery-goers can celebrate her work now, better late than never as the saying goes, at the Gagosian in NYC. I'll try to make a trip before end June. Otherwise, at the Art Gallery of Ontario, Picasso alone is being feted in Toronto till end August. This too, is a show worth seeing—and experiencing. Thanks Charlie, as always, for sharing your enthusiasm around this wonderful panel!

I become eased with tears when watching this interview, thinking, and grieving the experience of Van Gogh which memorized in the Goddess of history. It is really holy. Solute! Solute! Solute!

Feisty, witty elegance personified. @ 90 yrs of age, her ability to captivate has not dimmed.
