John? ..When are you going to "do the right thing" and get the heck out of the Senate? ..How many years does it take to make that 'change' that you wanted? ..Isn't it time to give someone else a try??
Seriously!!!! ...346 years???? ..Are you trying to beat Robert Byrd, or Ted Kennedy, or what??? ..What do you get if you win??? ..a dollar? ..is that really worth the cost to everyone else in America???
And, please! ..take Joe Biden (finally!!!), Orrin Hatch, and Harry Reid out with you!!!!
"Out! ..Out! ..Darn Slots!!!!!!!!"

Watching Frontlines Money and Power special and while there's alot of talk about "how isn't Someone going to jail from wall st for the meltdown?", its seems to me the best candidate for that is Alan Greenspan since it was he who stepped up and prevented Brooksly Borne's warning from being taken seriously early in the meltdown during congressional testimony! "We don't need no stinkin regulation" shoved her authority aside too like a Central American Generalissimo. Good call Mr Infallible. Sounds like a bit of irrational exuberance advocating for transferring reserve holdings under the cloak of darkness.
Risk doesn't get eliminated, it can only be transferred to Greater Fools like most risk and culpability in America these days. But its unimaginable someone of Greenspans stature gets put in handcuffs. America's future is getting worse at manufacturing but we're better than anybody at social networking ...that's where the dog hunts.

Sarah Palin was an excellent public official who demonstrated more courage, backbone and integrity during her time in office than 99 percent of the officials in Washington. That’s why she was the most popular governor in America at the time and that’s why McCain chose her. All the so-called examples of her lack of knowledge are from off-the-record “sources” or other people with axes to grind. Somehow she has been a keynote speaker at four major economic summits and took part in the required Q&A sessions that followed. She received excellent reviews, which, of course are conveniently ignored.
Imagine if Palin had claimed to have campaigned in 57 states “with one more to go” during the 2008 campaign as the Big Eared dufus from Hawaii/Chicago did. I guess the private prep school Barry attended never mentioned the fact that Hawaii was the 50th – and last state admitted to the Union. That fact hasn’t changed since he was “born” there. :)

I'LL POST THIS EVEN THOUGH IT'S SORT OF RIDICULOUS
http://rapgenius.com/Kanye-west-theraflu-lyrics
uuuuuuugghhh nasty you could have her i'm not tripping i'm DEFINITELY losing this one
what a trip
[below is a message (4 paragraphs) i wrote but then i changed my password i've never even met her (the computer is BORING)]
IT WAS A COOL FANTASY I DEFINITELY WAS CONVINCED SHE WAS THE HOTTEST GIRL ON THE PLANET
without a doubt i'm using it as motivation to do better in life so i don't keep skipping on opportunities i have a plan
i've been feeling better just really being myself and letting things happen so if something isn't meant to be i'm not stressing i'm really a believer in things naturally working out when everything is going well and
i will try not to overanalyze how all this happened (? how do you do the upside down question mark)
ps - everything is cool this is for the better girls need to step it up
i'm not doing anything till i finish my hpv vaccine in august then i'm starting brand new [NOT THAT GIRL]
good luck i hope the best for you two
i'm just trying to get on SOLID GROUND and if i can be FREE in my mind to focus on my problems (i'm not getting anywhere like this) i have serious problems i'm working on getting through
it's not a joke
don't worry about it i don't even feel bad
(i think she's dumb you need a girl that's SMARTER than you that's what i want)
i tried what can i say (just know that everything is cool) i'm not tripping
YOU seem to the one trippin (if anybody is trippin) it's not a big deal i was just joking i don't even pay attention to fashion
LESSON: when you have REAL problems everything else seems trivial
this is what i've been trying to tell people i have REAL PROBLEMS everything else is trivial
if my life was going well i wouldn't even be paying attention to these hoes (and in fact they completely distract me and make it worse)
so if i gained anything out of this it's freedom that's why i'm not trippin (no limbo)
i guess life is always in limbo but try to stay focused and reduce it as much as possible is cool
whatever stupid games i'm sick of them (crackhead hoes) SUCK BIG TIME CAN'T FACE IT oh well life goes on
that was my initial rambling on i guess post this for what it's worth (i'm not trippin i give the benefit of the doubt i thought she was somebody different - we can be friends everything is cool i'm not even paying attention to her)
truthfully i'm SO tired of all this (for me i just feel like i'm freeing my self in my mind so i can live life the way i want to live it)
that girl is NOT for me so there's no dilemma it's cool
if you two have problems it's between you two i'm TOTALLY somewhere else i'm not looking at that girl i went for it she said no that's on her

The United States spends 700B USD on DEFENSE every year, which is more than the rest of the world combined. Since the USD is the Reserve Currency in which the nations of the world pays for oil, the world has to keep warehouses full of USD in reserve, which the Treasury and Federal Reserve fully know will never hit the streets. Therefore the US government can print Treasury Bonds at will because they can print unlimited USDs(to buy those Bonds) which loses a bit of value for every extra one printed. Thus to help pay for DEFENSE the United States runs huge fiscal deficits and floats all or part of the amount for DEFENSE in the form of Treasury Bonds which amounts to a tax on the world (because those Bonds are paid back in devalued USDs). The World has been sanguine with this state of affairs because the US Military has acted as the keepers of peace and tranquility in the world which translates to stability in which the Global economy can grow. The other benefit the world derives from having the United States pay the freight for Police protection is that they don't have to pony up the money erg resources themselves, which allows them to direct their resources into economic growth. We can call this state of affairs PAX AMERICANA.
The question now becomes what happens if this train should get derailed due to a US debt crisis?

McCain said that he had never seen such a dirty political race as the current one run by Democrats. I suppose he forgot the dirty Bush/Cheney races in 2000 and 2004. He was viciously attacked by their tactics. He needed a bath after those for sure.

I am a new viewer and I want to commend your interview with the senator from Arizona....i was so pleased that he was honest and I especially loved his reference to how he felt like he needed to take a shower after witnessing the tactics in Washington to get support for the incumbent candidate. I don't understand if our senator can see the corruption and leverage that is exerted on backers why cannot something be done to get this government to get honest and straight across the boards. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to his answers well done to you.

"Sarah Palin was not attacked because she was a woman, I believe there were other factors involved."
You mean her not knowing the difference between N. and S. Korea or believing "The Fed" referred to the Federal Government or that the Queen of England was actually England's functioning head of state (and that's just the short list)?

Senator McCain says that we should be shocked into taking action in Syria because 10,000 Syrians have been killed. But 50,000 Mexicans have been killed in the Drug War in Mexico in the past five years, and I have not heard a word about it from John McCain. I presume the reason McCain is not shocked by the deaths in Mexico is because the Drug War is a U.S. Government policy.

REMant 04/24/2012 12:12 PM Report
Yes, I suppose the Russians are supporting an ally and the Iranians, religious kinsmen, but the Saudis, and God know who else, have been supporting the Sunni rebels. McCain would like Libya redux, and he would like it, because he's still fighting the Cold War and sucking up to the oil sheiks and the Zionists. This might be considered politic to some, but it certainly is not protecting the people. In his scenario Syria should be governed by an American exile community. He speaks only to like-minded people, who like Chalibi, twist him around their little fingers. But I am sure the senator was once just as supportive of all the world's American-allied dictatorships as he is of the remaining ones. And I'm afraid all of this is just a rationalization for having spent years in a North Vietnamese prison.
These protests have little or nothing to do with social media or the spread of democracy or love for America. At bottom they are over the high price of food and necessities caused by Western monetary and fiscal policies, just as the problems in Africa, and the rest of the undeveloped world, especially those with minerals, etc, we want. But these people don't need any more American welfare. They need us to go home, stay there, and keep our Monopoly money to ourselves. And the same process has impoverished America, making sharks like Romney fat. I wonder whose side he would be on, were such protests to erupt, as they did forty years ago, in American cities.
I am convinced no matter what is done by anyone about them the outcome will not be good, neither for the people, nor for us. And the Libyans, Alabama professors and all, are still fighting a civil war. Likewise, I'm not at all sure the Iraq "surge" will be seen to have made any long-term difference. Ditto Afghanistan. And Vietnam. Except to our bottom line.
Obama has done virtually all Republicans of McCain's ilk have asked, in BOTH foreign and domestic policy. He has simply asked for butter as well as guns. Any real opposition has come from the libertarians. No one believes Romney will side with them. There was nothing small about Reagan's government, either, which agreed to the biggest "loophole" to get its tax reform through. The intention tho of a flat tax is to increase people's control of government not to increase or decrease revenue, or shift the burden of taxation. The senator deserves credit for is his campaign against pork-barreling, and tax expenditures fall in the same category, both serving to use govt for special interests. And I'm sure, tho I think them misguided, his election reform ideas do, too. But, it appears, in his mind, extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. However, Goldwater also said: "Those who seek absolute power, even though they seek it to do what they regard as good, are simply demanding the right to enforce their own version of heaven on earth. And let me remind you, they are the very ones who always create the most hellish tyrannies."
BTW, Palin was attacked so strenuously by the establishment, because she was a woman.
