The above, and similar links to Wikipedia on Will Ferrell and other entries, add a lot to this interview if you did not laugh along with Charlie in their 22 minutes of fun. Ferrell's cheer leading for the Spartans is the Ferrell I know best. I owe it to myself to catch up on all I've missed. Wikipedia is good to him, as it ought to be.

"Casa De Mi Padre", with actors Will Ferrell, Gael Garcia Bernal and Genesis Rodriguez.

A conversation about a TV Novella in Spanish parodied in Simi Valley for a world wide audience.

I'm watching the compelling look of Mexican cleavage offered by Genesis Rodriguez. The rest is less important.

She never strips bare to the waist to swim in the surf or the sea. But she is a pleasure to listen to in English.

If you're a stranger to Mexican soaps of the type they chose to go with, will you go? If yes, will you laugh? If yes will it have the effects discussed? No doubt in Russia and Croatia it will.

Thanks Charlie, they said at the end. The four of them laughed a lot. What about ME? I could not laugh. But I was informed and entertained. I owe Will Ferrell a lot from years on SNL. Are we even? Not so. I owe him as much as before -- or even a little more. (Charlie is owed no more -- he was paid with his own laughs -- for all 22 minutes.)

I wish I was Will Ferrell. What a life

      Why can't wishes come true?

Lots of energy from Genesis and Gael and their smiles are contagious.

Genesis . . . quite an interesting name indeed.

The dress is wonderful; the wrist tattoo with the dress--not so much.

Will, where is that comedy helmet you wear?

If you are going to spend $5M and 23 days making a parody of movie making with jump cuts, continuity flaws and perhaps terrible color and lighting you need your comedy helmet.

Hasn't Fox News taught you anything?

Ferrell continues to be a one trick pony and there's always the next generation of adolescents willing to pay for the tickets. Change his costume and you've got a new movie.
