      Charlie Rose said that, George Steppannapolis (Snuffallopolis, whatever) was a Clinton "senior adviser".

      Wow! I didn't know that. I thought he was just a 'press secretary'. His reward for cheerleading and licking stamps.

      I wonder what he could have possibly, 'advised'.

      What a delicious interview. I have missed seeing Ali and it was a real treat watching and listening to Charlie Rose interview her. She's a little irreverant which is one of her many charms. She's obviously very intelligent and I am sure she keeps George on his toes. I do hope we see more of Ali in the weeks, months and years to come. She brings laughter and light into the world which is something we need more of. Thanks, Charlie, for a fun interview. Do it often.

      So during the banter we hear the claim of sex twice a day while George is in Korea. So these two-a-days must have been via Skype which really would rub the Post's nose in their inevitable death by technology.

      Now the claim that no one else on the Sunday morning shows was getting it twice a day went too far.

      I offer you stud-man David Gregory but I know Bob Schieffer graduated from Texas Christian University and those boys make the Greek Orthodox look like they are already in default.

      Alex I watched you last night on the charlie Rose show and you mentioned that you have a short article on yahoo, that covers all the topic for the busy mom's in about 5 minutes, I thought that you said it was called yahoo shots.com but I looked it up and can't find it. if someone from your staff could email me at beverlyastanford@yahoo.com with the yahoo adress I would love to follow your shortshots article, thanks

      I watched alex last night on the charlie rose show and I can tell you that she is totally adorable, fun, witty and an excellent compliment to george. it was if she was there in your living room, such a warm freindly genuine personality and i totally loved the interview, I giggled and laughed along and I could'nt stop laughing and smiling through the entire interview. She is An Adorable compliment to a wonderful man. and it was wonderful to meet her. last night you said you are george's wife, and and tyler's mom (I can't remember the name of your son that you mentiond) but I knew what you meant about the many title and hats that you wear. Well I have a another title for you to wear. Adorable. Fun, and Totally Delightful, and I know that Charlie would agree. It is not often that you get to see charlie, sit up, giggle, and blush with delightful fun, but you brought that side of him out and we enjoyed you so mcuh....

      I'm sorry I don't see the reason for such books, but be that as may, her husband strikes me as someone with a good sense of humor, too, if seldom seen. Would certainly make a better anchor than some current occupants, as, I think, also Dan Harris. How CAN Scott Pelley and Diane Sawyer say the things they routinely mouth with straight-faces? There's more candor on RTV. Who knew?
