Lots of people, who are interested in Chinese, Chinese language and communication, Chinese culture, and politics, have a question: why the society as a whole has chosen communism very sharply (much more brilliant than the people who live in a life of walking shadow) as their dream or paradise although there are various ways to go or follow. He has a very precious opportunity to make a sense in each detail of everyday life. China has very typical culture and instinct to develop communism. Just recently, when playing 'majiang', a kind of Chinese traditional game, I understand how the language are used for everyday communication. With fully understanding Chinese and clearly tell the differences between your own society and Chinese society, you will know how far the society you live in can reach.

I go to exercise my muscle. I will not miss even a single chance to make a sense.

I was in a local Apple story and overwhelmed by the groups of Chinese tourists led in to buy up bags full of IPhones to bring back to friends and family in China. What irony

      Dear Benezraa,

How are you? I have been working very hard for the Palestinian wish for a homeland. With the blessing from God I had received 23 sincere replies from the senators. You go visit my blog dearmmlee.wordpress.com.

Senator Jeff Merkley said, "I have therefore been disappointed that over the past year, the two sides seem to have moved further away from meaningful negotiations. Actions by either side that seek to change the status quo risk undermining the trust necessary to reach a long-term solution that is critical to the well-being of both sides. There are incredibly difficult issues to resolve, including the final status of Jerusalem and the right of return of displaced Palestinians. Neither side is going to be able to resolve those unilaterally, and I hope that both Israelis and Palestinians will calibrate their words and actions so as to improve the prospects for fruitful peace talks."

After reading his mail in the morning at noon I went for a shower and I saw a flash for a breakthrough and it goes like this,

      THE BREAKTHROUGH

I believe I got a perfect solution how to break the status quo? I strongly believe America has no choice but to put forward a vital proposal to make this breakthrough,

EITHER JERUSALEM AS THE CAPITAL OF PALESTINE AND NO RIGHT OF RETURN FOR THE PALESTINIANS

      OR

AN ISRAELI JERUSALEM AS THE CAPITAL OF ISRAEL AND THE RIGHT OF RETURN FOR ALL THE PALESTINIANS WITH FULL COMPENSATION SINCE 1948

I have emailed to my Jewish friend in America and ask for his frank opinion and this was his reply,

Dear Sunflower, thanks for your e mail. On this subject I have mixed feelings and unfortunately don't believe a petition will have much if any effect on a peaceful resolution. The people all want peace, it's the powers that be that keep the separation going. No fret, by years end I have faith that a much higher and divine plan will engulf the planet and major changes and a shift towards light (after a period of darkness - which will be very difficult for many who are not prepared- especially spiritually) this will bring peace. Be prepared with a few weeks worth of drinking water, matches, flashlights/batteries, dried fruits/nuts, MRE food. All will be made beautiful.

      Peace, love & light,

      P

I hope it can be that simply. Even if one wants happiness it would not just come to you we got to work at getting it. I do not have strong feeling at the end of the year the economic situation will be favorable to the world and I pray very hard that the chosen people will LIGHT UP OUR ONE WORLD by opening their heart of have GREAT Compassion and grant the Palestinians a homeland. It is high time to conclude the deal with them. I hope to get your support and the support of the world because the world badly needs us to CARE.

If you do reply can you go back where we met because this site not the right place to talk.

Amazing how the racism comes out so instantly whenever anything positive about Asia is broadcast. "williejcotter" posted "Boom Boom Chinaman". How this can be allowed to be posted is beyond me. If he said "Boom Boom N*GG*R", would it be allowed? China is right to feel threatened by America and the West. After all, the West brutalized China in the last century and the one before, not the other way around. This fear of the "yellow peril" is outrageous, and says a lot about white people.

    6. williejcotter  01/31/2012 10:38 PM Report

Would anyone really think that the short term prospects of an emerging economy are good if there exists...endemic corruption...no rule of law...state capitalism (what's that?)...shadow economy (is that state capitalism or corruption?)...looming banking debt crisis...stockmarket collapse...strikes/unrest...real estate bubble. Boom Boom Chinaman

      EXCELLENT CONVERSATION

Opinions aside, the descriptions of what is happening in the Chinese economy closer to street level, including China's version of twitterati, gives human imagery to the realities of life in China, all inspire me to want to read David Barboza.

The balloon pops at only 5% growth?

Five percent sounds wonderful to us.

So China sounds like it might be a bit fragile if 5% is as low as it can go.

We already heard from the table that China has to have lots and lots and lots of foreign natural resources.

Swimming in the world economy or treading water?

    9. SharkswithfrikingLazers  01/31/2012 07:39 PM Report

Yes, you can feel the energy in China . . . and probably breathe it in the air and drink it in the water.

His voice makes me want to suggest he get checked out while in the US. Seven years of heavy air pollution might have caused a problem or perhaps it is just vocal cord nodules.

    10. REMant  01/31/2012 01:40 PM Report

Time-and-motion studies and factory towns were familiar enough here a century ago, when we also had a protective tariff and pollution problems. I'd say all this recalls as well the early development of trade and capitalism in places like London in, say, Shakespeare's time, with the "shadow economy" and corruption - or New York in the early 19th c. The "growth" rate has to go up to meet the demands of the monetary "pyramid scheme," scheme. But like the late 19th c all the signs are that "democratization" will be the inevitable result of increased growth as long as it remains within bounds as long as manufactures represent a virtuous cycle, and I can't believe the Chinese leadership would cut off its nose to spite its face. We will probably see "convergence" altho probably not in the way Mr Donilon would have it. Nor would I think the host's statement that the Chinese "were ready for capitalism" exactly fits the facts.
