Yes Charlie, “Pursuit of truth is our middle name”.

On that note, HAPPY BIG SEVEN O!

      Love his work!

Many, many hours spent watching Kevin enhance many thought provoking movies.

This may be a better link.

I saw the movie on Turner Classic Movies. I am not sure how to find a free video of it on the net. It has Roosevelt explain all the essentials that the candidates today seem not to know. This is a tragedy!

Above link should explain the movie "INFLATION" and more.

Checked Google and it seems January 9th, Monday, at 7 am, will be the new show with more substantial news and interviews by Rose and others. The show will be more serious than the TODAY show. I hope. Will it explain what money is and what it is NOT?

I doubt it. It will try to predict the unpredictable. Like his night time show. Too bad.

If Rose would visit L. Randall Wray and Mathew Forstater, at Univ of Missouri Kansas City, he would be worth listening to. They know that money is created when output is needed and affordable by workers who save money enough to prevent hyperinflation. That is, if government ensures liquidity enough in the first place. Keynes and Lerner rule; but money must be part of a system of production that can defend democracy and create full employment all the time and at high wages. Franklin Roosevelt explains it all in "Inflation", a movie short from 1942 starring Edward Arnold and FDR.

Kevin Spacey's mimicry of Olivier, Clinton, and all others, is as delightful a form of entertainment as we are ever likely to receive.

He has invited us to listen to the new CBS Charlie Rose morning show -- starting on January 8th (if I remember).

I hope to hear it as offered. It will have endless ads to pay CR endless money. If my rules applied, Charlie would pay zero tax on the money. He could then run for office and retire to the US Senate.

He's too old to be president. It's a too tough a job. It would be fine for Kevin Spacey. I would like it myself, but I 16 years older than Charlie. I would need a partner to pay attention when I fell asleep. Often and deep -- I hope.

Spacey is as smart as they come. I'm going to try to see all his movies I've missed. The one I liked best was "Glengarry Glen Ross" (1992) - IMDb.

Hello, While I am not in the area to see Mr. Spacey's rendition of "Richard III", I find his enthusiasm, intelligence, and his spirit most refreshing.

      Peace.
