So now most everyone says China needs to have respect for intellectual property.
Doesn't communism frown on private property? So why would we come to expect that there would be ownership of intellectual property in a communist country?

More on the Engineers being educated in India please.

He nailed it--no profit in education but those prisons can make some money. Especially if you can grab immigrants at the border and put them in custody for a mandatory 90 days and then bill the Federal Government.
