Caesar is warned by the soothsayer to "beware the Ides of March."
I rented the movie on DVD: interesting twists but the pacing is off (moves slowly for the first 40 minutes and then the pacing gets frantic and we must suspended our belief in time), also the dialogue written by George sounds just like George which is a weird feeling.
It is a good movie but really sad to see the sausage made from the loss of all the characters' integrity.

Any universe that can produce the likes of this man cannot be all bad.

George Clooney-uh-Gooney, America's Real, True to Life, 'Jethro Clampett'; he 'Wants' to be a double-ott spy, a brain surgeon, an international playboy, and of course, 'President'. Tuh Duh! Look at me mom! No hands!

George,
No money up front? Made it for $12M? Has to hit over $100M before you start making money due to what you gave away?
I would tell you to "go jump in the lake" but then I know it would be Lake Como with nude celebrities.
You are indeed one lucky devil.

Charlie,
It is not your POUNDING OF THE TABLE NOR THE M&Ms NOR THE SOFT FOCUS LENS. It is your nude scene together.
Whoops, did that get cut, you skinny dipping provocateur?

"Society has to be better than the individual", says George.
Are we not the sum of the parts and therefore lack the virtue that we need?

“95% of the people with the most money win”, says George.
This is the problem with a system that is DESPERATE for repair.
