its very difficult to comment on such luminaries who by their actions has shown the World that God exists and manifests Himself through them.

This is a truely brave and intelligent woman.

If only we had more people like them, full of compassion and willingness to make societies better, even in the face of great challenges and opposition.

      Few can go that route.

It is a great honor to watch and listen great minds speak. It's inspiring! Thanks a lot Charlie...

Whenever I hear the name 'Desmond Tutu', I just Smile and Clap my Hands And Yell, "Oh Goody! Goody!"

Ms Kyi talked about "FEAR" There is usually a good reason why one feels fear, and one should listen to that emotion as a warning mechanism that one should beware of where they tread lest they do so at their own peril. However one should also realize the cause of the fear is an external circumstance rather than an internal problem. From that one can can then navigate the shoals with a clear determination instead of being carried away with the emotion.

“People shouldn’t fear their governments; governments should fear their people.”

By forcing Evey to experience what he had gone through long ago, V hoped that Evey would understand that our integrity, "the very last inch of us", can be more important than our lives. She is now rid of fear, not afraid of dying; she is truly liberated; she has, like V, become “superhuman”.

Perhaps this is what Bill Clinton and Desmond Tutu were trying to say.

Desmond Tutu: God is proud of you and smiles at you through the pain.

Why do I bristle when someone tells what God is doing? I do not speak for God and you do not speak for God.

Let's humble ourselves--at least on this point--and then perhaps we will have fewer terrorists doing what they think is the work of God.

This reminded me of how completely useless conventions and other such gatherings always are.
