      Amen. Such a basic thing to improve lives and they booted. More fun to kill em than improve em. But we still campaign to spend even longer than end of year/

      Electricity has been a dominant issue ever since the invasion and our failure to deal with it adequately no doubt played a large part in belittling ourselves in Iraqi eyes.
