      Bourdain's show belongs on the "Travel Channel" but Eating Guy ( you know who I'm talking about)? It'd be nice to have a network that calls itself "The Travel Channel" actually have a modicum of content that has more to do with travel instead of "personalities". Give the name to someone who might be true to what they call themselves.

      I think chefs have their own planet all by themselves for which they enlighten us with their food rhapsody, just like poets. I just find it hard to talk about food for more than 10 minutes without sounding redundant and unexperienced.

      To me food is something you sense, you savor and in doing so, you get to know others much better at a table. It is a companion by which your daily existence becomes less taxing and more pleasurable.

      I don't care much about the strangely exotics, hormonal balance is important after all. I don't want to wake up with a bulging mess somewhere, specially in the anus.

      Wow, Shark, a "warthog anus meal", anybody who would eat that would have to be a quite desperate fool. I'll have to change my opinion of this guy (not that I had one to begin with). But That's Disgusting!

      Chefs are blue collar?

      Chef Bourdain is "famous for consuming sheep testicles in Morocco, ant eggs in Puebla, Mexico, a raw seal eyeball as part of a traditional Inuit seal hunt." There is no YouTube video yet of his warthog anus meal (it did make it on to "The Soup") but there is one of Bourdain eating a fetal ducks egg. Also a video of him eating the cobra's heart in Vietnam.

      Sounds more like Freak Show/Circus eating than Blue Collar work.

      Perhaps we know why two of the major Abrahamic religions have dietary codes. Mine is raw and unprocessed with nuts over meat.
