      I agree with the idea of how clinical trails will be affected and certain things about the trials will change, like the size of the trials.With the underfunding at a federal level the therapy is more affected with toxic chemicals so when someone is told that they have cancer, they are not scared and instead of thinking right away that they are just going to die, they will be more confient to take the medicine that will treat the cancer and they will be all fine.
