I thought this was a great interview, masterful. The way Charlie Rose interviewed the former Prime Minister was succinct but at the same time careful, and the answers given showed a strong willingness to be clear, to the point and engaging to a topic that is intricate and perhaps not so easily understood to most Americans. A good lesson in Political Science.

      Thank you Charlie. Good job!!!

Here you can read why Brazil should be the first country to adopt the "Gold Standard".

SouthAmerica: Actually, it is a very good idea for the “Brics” countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) to create a new currency based on the “Gold Standard” - and leave the door open for other countries to join the new international monetary system.

Brazil should be the first country to adopt the "Gold Standard".

Most people will agree that Lee Kuan Yew will go down in history as a leader who has left an indelible mark on not only his country's development as well as an influence in Asia and the world. His leadership and guidance has been a primary reason for the success of modern Singapore. He is an example of quality leadership in difficult times whose commitment was for the people he represented and his country. We need leadership of his kind in America today…where is it?

Here is an article on the passing of his wife, Kwa Geok Choo which gives in sight to why this man is loved and respected by many.
