Why wasn't the screenwriter at the table? There are few enough women on the show -

Even though there are a few that think this film might not fly, I saw it - thought it was a first rate thriller and,

the cinematography was excellent. Very refreshing for what is out there these days that declare themselves "good entertainment". I thought the editing was proper and the

script was crisp and served the scenes well. Nothing was

gratuitous. I give it a complete thumbs up.

I have been a fan of Bradley Cooper's since the WB show, Jack and Bobby, which is still available to watch on thewb.com. I would recommend that show to anyone, and still am a huge fan of it!

its kinda funny how he keeps interrupting the director though...hope that didn't happen as much as it look like here, on set.

Bradley Cooper is gorgeous! I love how he is super enthusiastic about his work. I remember seeing him ask a question on "Inside the Actors Studio" on youtube somewhere. Interesting concept about the film, however its not too far off. As a student at a big ten university, I'm sure other students watching this film are like, "Isn't he just taking Adderral?"

Unfortunately, this film looks flat box office except for deNiro. Obviously, the tricky part was casting for the central character; I don't think it's going to work. I take it that part of the statement is that he's Wasp-American (not Jewish, otherwise he would have made it with or without drugs). Would Tom Cruise have been too old? I still like him.

To REMant -- yes, Hollywood is on drugs. But the writer is surefooted. Otherwise, the comments from the two guests sounded like they're nervous and worried. Sorry, I just think -- some missteps.

      (Charlie, wrong transcript posted here.)

Yes, we do NOT want "A" affected performances. Great comment. You see many, many affected performances in Middle School and even in High School productions.

Does 100% brain use mean there is no anxiety? Seems like we would short circuit. Check out the movie "Pi".

The clips already had me suspending my belief system which is not a good start. Too much already looked too hard for me to believe.

    9. REMant  03/18/2011 10:54 AM Report

The longer the trailer, the worse the film. Which gives an entirely wrong impression of memory, and cannot help the cause of education. I would surmise that as with LSD most ppl would not really want to know everything their brain is thinking, altho David Brooks might. Hollywood seems to be on drugs, itself.
