      If there are points of contact between the neocons and the liberals they love to hate, it is in decrying tyrants, and supporting them. The parallel isn't with the Soviets, it's with Iraq, or even Yugoslavia. But I agree it's a big mistake to think that we can manage this anymore than the Fed can manage money. BTW, I've never known history to be anything close to 20-20, because it is never seen any more objectively.
