RE - GIVING A "PASS" TO JARED LEE LOUGHNER:

      1. Aphorism: "Two wrongs don't make a right." While I do not agree with your opinion, that 344 members of Congress including Gabrielle Giffords "gave Israel a pass...", you are entitled to your opinion of that, but, that opinion in the one case does not justify crime in the other case.

      2. To what specific law do you refer, that should apply to both cases?

Oozi's, AK47s, Glock 9mms, et al with 31+ shells/clip will continue to be trafficked here - and particularly in and to the Mexican drug cartels - so the putrescent US banking can continue to skim and launder the drug money.

I believe that all people must be treated the same under the law. Since US Representative Gabrielle Giffords was one of the 344 members of Congress who gave Israel a pass on its War Crimes against the Gentiles, then shooting suspect Jared Lee Loughner must be given a pass for his crimes.

I have no doubt NBC and the others will milk this story for all it's worth. The "Washington sniper" shot one of his victims in the parking lot of a mall near me a few years ago, but I do not recall the national news making a Federal case out of it.
