I found Ryan's commentary the most valuable, I'm going to reconsider and go see the movie.

      Much ado about unrequited love?

REALLY dull dialogue. Maybe it will register with an element of the population, but I doubt THEY will ever see it, which says a lot about the disconnect in the arts world. Altho it never fails to praise itself, it mostly complains about everyone else, foreigners and Americans alike. But what is the point?

As I watched a summary of the first of the nominations a day or two ago, I realized we'd been introduced to almost all of them on this program - perhaps all now - and it crossed my mind that maybe they should consider not giving any Globes or Oscars this year and save the money.
