      Just what the world needed - another cookbook. I do not, however, consider cooking a bizarre activity like ballet, but at times it can be pretty ridiculous, particularly where the Michelin guide is involved. I thought the bit about American taste hogwash, BTW. If Americans are appreciative it is either because they think of the experience like collecting a Dior dress or Gucci bag, or because ANYTHING they eat over there is likely to be better than what they are used to, which, tho, will not stop them from going into and probably complaining about a MacDonald's. Fitzgerald had it pegged pretty correctly.
