      Charlie,

Can't you have Fran on more regularily? My God, she is genius and engaging and compelling and rivetting I wish she was the GD Global Prime Minister, but I've already taken that post.

Terrific interview, more please; encore -- encore!

I could listen to Fran Lebowitz speak morning, noon, and night. I want more! Your interview with her Charlie, and the HBO Documentary Public Speaking were so much fun to watch. Fran Lebowitz's fearless use of her intellect and wit, audacious and unapologetic sense of self/style, and her refreshing perspective and opinions make me think that there is some hope for this world yet. Thank you for this program Charlie, and please bring us more Fran Lebowitz whenever you can.

As always, what an absolute DELIGHT to see & hear Fran Lebowitz! I have not watched the movie yet because, "I'm saving it for a special time" like when I purchase a new dress or coat. I love to laugh and I really don't find much to laugh at anymore at 59 yo. She made me laugh again.

I suppose liking to talk is better than liking to watch TV. But she seems like a "typical" New Yorker to me. Chronic carping would not I'd imagine comport well with novel writing.

Not that it has ANYTHING to do with this, but the Macy's parade has just become far too commercialized to stomach. It's a shame.
